To officially get started, please take a moment to review and sign the Rework Coaching Agreement linked below. Once it’s signed, you’ll receive next steps to schedule your first session and unlock your client resources.

Rework

This Agreement (“Agreement”), effective by the date listed below, by and between Client Named listed below (“Client”, “You/r”) and PATTERN AND PURPOSE LLC (“We”, “Us”, Our”) We may be referred to individually as a 'Party' or collectively as 'Parties.'

1.     DESCRIPTION. Beginning on the date this agreement is signed and or the date the inital payment has cleared PATTERN AND PURPOSE LLC will provide Client with the following coaching services: 1:1 PROFESSIONAL COACHING SESSIONS - REWORK 


Coaching services will be accomplished with:

●        1 virtual 30-minute ELI Self Assessment brief session held on Google Meet or Zoom completed in first month as first session

●        1 virtual 90-minute ELI Assessment debrief session held on Google Meet or Zoom completed in first month as second session

●        6 60-minute 1:1 virtual coaching sessions held over Google Meet or Zoom bi-weekly for three months

●        1 iPEC Energy Leadership Index Self Assessment access URL completed after 30-minute ELI Self-Assessment brief session, before 90-minute ELI Assessment debrief session

●        Client-initiated email and Telegram App communication & progress updates as desired with response during business hours

●        One 30-minute post-package strategy check-in (within 30 days of completion)

●        Web access to the Pattern + Purpose™ Resource library upon profile creation by client

●        Web access to Pattern + Purpose™ Strategy Workbook delivered upon profile creation by client

●        Web access to Vibe Blocking™ Starter Kit delivered upon profile creation by client

 

Client is responsible for scheduling and attending the scheduled coaching sessions at a place and time that is free from distraction. Any reschedule requests must be made 48 hours in advance, or the session may be forfeited. Any no-call - no-show sessions will be forfeited.
